At Sun Bum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if a product doesn't meet your sunny expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all beauty and sun care products must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused items back into their original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer to ensure they aren't damaged during transit.

Attach Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

Drop It Off

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
